Mindful Movement Turns 3!

Wow… as of tomorrow, my business will be 3 years old. This year, I was able to work collaboratively with my family and mentor, Sekou Heru. What an honor its been to work with him after 10+ years of being his student. I was so honored that he agreed to collaborate with me on my third year anniversary intensive. This is also my third Mindful Movement intensive that I’ve thrown! To have Sekou in the room was incredible. I’m beyond grateful for this life, all opportunities, and most importantly, my community.
